I am Vladimir Parizher, a Los Angeles Attorney in solo practice. I am a member of the California State Bar since December 2007. Since the time I decided to switch from my engineering occupation to a legal profession, I always wanted to practice on my own. I wanted to control my time to focus more on my individual clients representation and not be overburdened with hundreds of ongoing other cases requiring attention all at once. I wanted to slow down, thoroughly prepare my cases, do adequate legal research, zealously advocate for my clients, and possibly prevail in every case I took for representation. I wanted to set up my own fees and keep my overhead low, so charges could be more affordable for more people.

However, my prevailing legal area is practicing California Health Law. It involves, amongst many things problems with medical billing, unreasonable charges, medical bill reductions, unnecessary medical procedures and tests, medical mistakes and negligent acts, problems with informed consent, problems with HMO and other health insurance plans, collections and its compliance with Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), compliance with California Knox-Keene Act as well as other regulatory compliance, and much more.
