I am Vladimir Parizher, a Los Angeles Attorney in solo practice. I am a member of the California State Bar since December 2007. From the time I decided to switch from my engineering occupation to a legal profession, I always wanted to practice solo. I wanted to control my time to focus more on my individual client’s needs and not be overburdened with hundreds of ongoing other cases requiring attention all at once. I wanted to slow down, thoroughly prepare my cases, do adequate legal research, zealously advocate for my clients, and possibly prevail in every case taken for the representation. I wanted to set up my own legal fees and keep my overhead low, so the charges were more affordable for people with lower income, people who need legal representation the most.
My legal areas of expertise are naturally evolving from continuation of my pre-legal working experience and background. I am practicing, consulting, and representing in the areas of California Health-Related Law; Business Law: transactional and litigation; Personal Injury cases; Immigration petitions for relatives and work related visas; Real Estate (Landlord/Tenant Relationships); Patent Law (engineering background); and occasionally Vehicle Code/Traffic Infractions.
