This procedure should be the least stressful and time consuming for both of us. You tell me your matter. THIS IS GOING TO BE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. I am not judgmental about your situation and not going to teach you life. I am here to listen and possibly help. I personally read your email, do preliminary law evaluation as pertinent to your situation, and will get back to you with my observations and fees. If you decide to retain me, we will then meet and sign a retainer agreement. If I feel that your case is too much for me, I will either say “NO” and you move on, or will help you find the right attorney.
